On Wednesday afternoon, February 2, 2011 in front of St. Leo's Church on Central Avenue in Pawtucket, RI, church maintenance worker Bob Cooke uses a snowblower to clear the heavy rain soaked snow from the sidewalk in front of the church, as the darker wet snow sputters from the discharge chute and gets clogged at the base. Given the weight of rain soaked snow, Cooke constantly battled pulling back on the snowblower to lessen the load, but still experienced frequent stalling of the motor due to the heavier wetter snow.
