Virginia Rose Plante
ATTLEBORO - Virginia Rose (Monse) Plante, 87 , of Streeter Lane Attleboro, died Friday April 19, 2013 at the Life Care Center of Attleboro.
She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Plante Sr.
Virginia, was born in Providence RI, a daughter of the late John & Lucy (Papineau) Monse.
Mrs. Plante was an assembler for the circuit boards at Texas Instruments for over 30 years.
She has been an Attleboro resident all of her life.
She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Virginia Loved Spending time with her family, she enjoyed watching sports, especially little league with the kids.
She did beautiful needlework, and passed the time doing crossword puzzles.
She was gracious and loving and was always there, with a big smile and a kiss for everyone.
Her beautiful blue eyes and endless love will forever live in our hearts and memories.
She is survived by 2 sons Alan and his wife Glenne Plante of Attleboro, Raymond and his wife Julia Plante Jr. of Attleboro, a former son in law William Campbell and his wife Gail, a daughter Eloise Campbell of West palm Beach Florida, a brother John Monse of Florida.
She is the grandmother of William Campbell, Peter Campbell, Edward Plante, Amy Smedberg, Jason Viveiros, Barbara Travers, Ryan Plante.
She was the great grandmother of 20, and the great great grandmother of one. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Plante was the mother of the late, Robert J. Plante, Linda E. Plante.
She was also the sister of the late Robert Monse, and the late Russell Monse.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours Tuesday from 4:00pm - 7:00pm in the Foley - Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts.
