Margaret F. McLaughlin
LINCOLN- Margaret F. (Bannon) McLaughlin, 83, of Musket Road died Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Oak Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Pawtucket, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of John J. McLaughlin.
Born in Taunton, Mass., a daughter of the late John E. and Mary F. (Atridge) Bannon, she had lived in Lincoln for the past thirty years.
Mrs. McLaughlin worked alongside her mother as the administrator of the former Bel-Air Nursing Home, East Providence.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two stepsons, Pawtucket Fire Battalion Chief John J. McLaughlin III of Glocester and Johnston Fire Chief, and retired Pawtucket Fire Chief, Timothy P. McLaughlin of Warwick; one sister, Theresa Griffin of East Providence; one step-granddaughter Elise B. McLaughlin; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late James Bannon, John Bannon and Mary Quinlan.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, May 28 at 8:45 a.m. from BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with the celebration of a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
