Arthur A. Bonneau
PAWTUCKET - Arthur A. Bonneau, 86, formerly of Pawtucket, died on Dec. 29 at the Briarcliff Manor. He was the husband of the late Rita (Lemay) Bonneau and had been a resident of Pawtucket for 64 years. Prior to retirement in 1986, he had been employed as a custodian in the Pawtucket school system, and previously as a short order cook at the former Lovely's Diner.
Elaine A. Thornhill
ATTLEBORO- Elaine A. Thornhill 66, of Deerfield Road passed away Thursday December 30, 2010 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of David A. Thornhill.
Born in Central Falls she was a daughter of the late Carlyle W. and Catherine V. (Bociek) Wheeler. She lived in Attleboro for the past 37 years.
Before retiring she was employed as a Cashier for the Attleboro School system.

Marshon Brooks was the picture of a frustrated Friar as he stood in the hallway of The Dunk Saturday night. His stat line in a narrow loss to St. John’s – 8-of-14 shooting for 20 points – did little to ease his pain.
Most players would gladly take the numbers like the ones Brooks compiled, bolt quickly out of the gym and pray that nothing gets amended before the final sheet is xeroxed. Not Brooks. The senior knows that if Providence has any shot of being anything more than a mere footnote in Big East play, then he has to deliver high octane performances every time out.
PAWTUCKET — A local landscaping company has filed a lawsuit against the city of Pawtucket alleging that city officials failed to put numerous landscaping contracts out for public bid.
D.M. Bruzzi Landscape Co. Inc. filed a complaint in Superior Court on Dec. 28 naming the city as a defendant, along with city Parks Superintendent William Mulholland, Finance Director Ronald Wunschel, and Purchasing Director Joseph Roque.
