CUMBERLAND â€” A 14-year-old boy made a 911 call Monday afternoon after discovering his mother's body lying in a pool of blood in his 29 Titus St. home and later learned police would charge his father in her death.
Peter J. Pytka, 40, was arraigned in District Court, Providence, on a Cumberland Police charge he allegedly murdered his wife, Tracey Pytka, 38, after an apparent domestic incident at the Titus Street residence.
CUMBERLAND: Theresa Richard, 83, of Diamond Hill Rd, passed away December 20, 2010.She was the wife of the late Joseph M. Richard.
Born in Cumberland, a daughter of the late Henry and Yvonne (Lemay) Robideau. She had been employed as a hairdresser for several area salons for many years before retiring. Theresa was a member of the St. Aidan Seniors and the St. John Vianney Pray Group.
Richard E. Bricusse
PAWTUCKET Richard E. "Bric" Bricusse, 87, passed away Monday, December 20, 2010. He was the beloved husband of the late Estelle M. (Robichaud) Bricusse. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Felicien and Lucy (Pierson) Bricusse. Bric was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, he was wounded during combat and received the Purple Heart. He was a roofer for many years until retiring and most recently worked at St. Cecilia Parish until 2004.

She was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of Linda Barney and Janek Ilic. She was a lifelong resident of the city. She was also the step-daughter of David. Besides her parents and step-father she leaves a daughter, Haley Nicole Vincent of Pawtucket and 2 brothers, Thomas Ilic of Cumberland and David Barney of Pawtucket.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday in the CHARLES COELHO FUNERAL HOME, 151 Cross St. Central Falls from 6 until 9 PM. Condolences,
CENTRAL FALLS - Theresa Frechette, 82, of Clay Street, passed away on Friday after an illness. She was the wife of the late Norman E. Frechette Sr.
She was born in Cumberland but was a lifelong resident of Central Falls. She had been employed at area textile mills and also at Interpak for many years.
CENTRAL FALLS - Maria Mateo-Felix, 74, of Rand Place, passed into eternal life on Saturday at Memorial Hospital, after an illness. She was the wife of Confesor DeJesus.
Born in Santo Domingo, DR, a daughter of the late Antonio Mateo and Ortencia Felix Feliz. Maria was a home-maker. Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Isabel Santana of Providence and 2 sons, Pedro Fernando DeJesus and Cesar Rafael DeJesus both of Central Falls

CENTRAL FALLS -Angelo Morales Flores, 47. of Garfield St, passed away at home on Wednesday. He was the husband of Medalyn Santana.
Born in Chicago, Ill. A son of Ladie Angel Morales and Milagros Pacheco, both of Puerto Rico. Mr. Flores has resided in Central Falls for the lat 8 years, previously living in Chelsea, MA. He was employed in the Maintenance Department at the Boston Symphony Orchestra for the last 20 years.

Gloria A. O'Brien
PAWTUCKET - Gloria A. O'Brien, 80 of Norfolk Ave., Pawtucket died Saturday,December 18, 2010.
She was the wife of the late Joseph O'Brien. Born in Pawtucket, Gloria was daughter of the late David and Annie (Corey) Johnson. She was employed by Royal Electric for many years.
Mrs. O'Brien is survived by her sister, Dorothy T. Eklind and her nephew David P. Eklind of Pawtucket
Mary, E. Senecal
PAWTUCKET: Mary, E. Senecal, 90, passed peacefully on December 16, 2010 with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Vincent E. Dolan Sr. and Ernest Senecal.
Mary had been employed by the former Union Wadding and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company of Providence before retiring.
She is survived a son, Joseph M. Dolan and his wife Diane of North Smithfield.
She was the mother of the late Vincent E, Dolan Jr.
Richard A. Massey
PAWTUCKET - Richard A. "Lefty" Massey, 83 of Power Road, Pawtucket and formerly of Park Street died Thursday at home.
He was born in South Attleboro, MA, the son of the late George A. and Elizabeth B. (Leonard) Massey and lived in Pawtucket most of his life. He was a member of the LeFoyer Club, a lifetime member of the JK Social Club and enjoyed Billiards, and Bowling. He was an avid golfer, a football fanatic and ardent fan of the Pittsburg Steelers. He will be remembered as a kind and straightforward man who was well loved by many.

LINCOLN - Muriel A. (Lewis) Long, 80, of Harris Avenue died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at home. She was the wife of the late Robert C. Long.
Born in Bath, Maine, a daughter of the late Harry S. and Suzie (Crosby) Lewis, she had lived in Lincoln for the past 42 years.
Mrs. Long was an assistant floor lady at Providence Metallizing Company for 16 years, retiring in 1986.
She was a member of Christ Church, Lincoln, a member of its Altar Guild, and worked in the Thrift Shop for many years.
She was a member of the AARP and the St. Aidan's Seniors.
MANVILLE - Anna Latour, 97, died Thursday at Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph Eugene Latour.
Born in Manville, a daughter of the late Adelard and Laura (Laplante) Bruneau, she had lived in Manville most of her life. She was the mother of the late Gloria Almeida and Rene Latour and the sister of the late Bertha Girard, Fabiola Gauvin, Anita Champagne, Melina Ouellette, Lucille Bourassa. She is survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
Joseph J. Ryan III
CUMBERLAND. Joseph J. Ryan III passed away on December 2, after a 19 year battle with cancer. He was the husband of Pamela E (Kevorkian) and had been married 29 years.

COVENTRY â€” Jennifer and Melissa Schroeder Rondeau reckon that since April they have kept 16,800 disposable diapers out of the state landfill.
That feat may not seem noteworthy at first glance, until you realize it takes a disposable diaper, at best, about 250 to 500 years to decompose.
